Evolvegan

Evolvegan’s headquarters are in Northampton, Massachusetts. Northampton is a little alcove of wonderfulness between the Berkshires and Boston. We call it the Happy Valley. There are five colleges, two of them all-women, so the vegan population is higher than average. For a city of 30,000 we also have lots of vegan food options, CSA’s, activists, artists, and projects that fit into the evolutionary vision of what Evolvegan is about. While we develop this site we wanted to start providing some resources to this awesomeness.

VEGAN RESTAURANTS:

• Cafe Evolution 32 Chestnut St, Florence, MA. Soups, sandwiches, specials, vegan bakery and the best coffee in town with several non-dairy milk options.
• Karma 48 Main St in Northampton. Raw and cooked vegan food, smoothies, juices, herbal elixers, yoga, performances, and all-around goodness.
